The reason why the pump does not fill the water

2024-07-28

The role of the pump is more extensive, such as: residential greening many people use the pump to pump water, or the rural area is used to water crops. So what are the reasons why the pump can't pump water? Check it out!

The reason and solution of the pump can not pump water

1, the impeller rotation is not balanced, the shaft combination is not tight enough, resulting in loose parts and rupture of the pump occur greater vibration. These problems can be solved by adjusting, reinforcing, repairing or replacing.

2. The nut is not tightened during installation, resulting in water leakage and air leakage. This is easy to solve, if a slight leak in the leak area with cement and asphalt oil plug, if the leak is more serious must be replaced or reinstalled.

3, because the packing pressure is too solid, cold water can not enter the inside of the packing, or the shaft table has been damaged. In this case, you just need to loosen the filler and clear the blocked pipe.

4. The water in the pump body is not full or there is air in the inlet pipe. If this is the case, you can fill the water and pump the air out of the pipe.

How to maintain the pump

1, once any accident occurs, the pump can not continue to work, even a small accident. If the filler of the pump is worn out, it must be filled in time, and if it continues to be used, it will lead to air leakage. This will affect the loss of the motor and directly destroy the impeller.

2, to find that there will be vibration during use, stop immediately to check the specific reasons, if it is still used in the vibration, it will also cause damage.

3, when the water pump leaks, do not fill the inlet with dry soil, because these dry soil will destroy the impeller and bearing. Water leaks must be repaired.

4, after the pump is used up, it should be maintained well, you can put the water in the pump body, take down the water pipe and clean it to prevent blockage. Remove the tape from the pump and wash to dry.
